Abbie Crawford (she/her) is a recent graduate from Franklin & Marshall College where she studied Public Policy and French & Francophone Studies. During her time in college she was a Leadership Fellow with New Roots, advocating for expanded plant-based options in the dining hall and educating the student body on the intersectional impacts of factory farming through her club, F&M Food & Sustainability Power Project. She joined New Roots last summer as a leadership fellow and is looking forward to sharing her passion for animal advocacy and environmental protection as a summer educator. Most days you’ll find her at a café, baking vegan treats, or relaxing in a park reading.
