In this role you will lead and mentor a team of program coordinators in training high school and college students to become emerging leaders in the movement to end factory farming. You will own and implement a comprehensive fellowship curriculum and use a data-driven approach to inform curriculum development
In this role you will act as a skilled mentor to guide others in aligning day-to-day decisions with long-term goals, navigating trade-offs, and adapting plans to maximize impact. You will coach fellows in launching impactful advocacy campaigns to end factory farming and build relationships with external partners to provide fellows with broader opportunities.
In this role you will develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven content strategies across all platforms (website, social media, email, print) to effectively communicate organizational values and impact, while maintaining consistent messaging and adapting content for diverse audiences.
New Roots is a growing nonprofit that educates people across the country on factory farming’s devastating impacts on people, animals, and the planet and empowers them to advocate for systemic change in their communities.
