Jiwon holds a B.A. and M.S. in computer science from Harvard University, specializing in computer systems research. After completing her academic training, she worked as a software engineer building applications and performing data analyses for the Department of Transportation. Then, she transitioned to the corporate sector where she worked as a senior analyst and engineer. She came to New Roots to apply her technical expertise to a mission she cares deeply about. In her free time, she can be found cooking for her loved ones, running, and reading.
