Lilly Smith (she/her) is a rising junior at Cornell University studying Global and Public Health Sciences on a Pre-Dietetics track. She is passionate about the intersection of nutrition security, global health, and animal welfare within food systems, and is studying to become a registered dietitian post-graduation. Lilly is an alum of the New Roots Institute Leadership Program and previously worked with the Better Food Foundation to implement plant-based initiatives on her campus. She is also an intern with the New York State Farmers Market Nutrition Program where she contributes to food equity efforts from a plant-focused approach.
